SOFTWARE CONSULTANT ARCHITECT
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers to understand their current issues and needs for them to improve their processes. Analyze a customer’s operating system and develop a solution to streamline current business procedures utilizing web based software. Ensure successful implementation of a financial management solution. Estimate time frame for implementation including training of current staff, custom report writing and/or special projects. Work with other team members if needed to accomplish complete customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Spanish-speaking competence is a plus. Discretion – we wish we could explain more but our code of conduct doesn’t allow us to! Ability to adjust and prioritize as a project develops. Continuing Education for software changes in the industry. Knowledge of third party partners for our customers. Professionalism-remains calm and positive when faced with stressful situations and interesting people. Frequent travel via trains, planes and automobiles.
